The Secretary-General of the EU-China Friendship Association Gai Lin met with Mr. Jing Junhai, Vice-President of Shanxi province in Xi’an, on 19th September, 2016.
The both sides discussed on the EU-China cooperation on economic, cultural, educational resources and concluded by the consensus. The Association will set up a branch office in Xi’an, providing a new channel for Shanxi to attract more European attention.
